Support at all stages
Building a family can be one of the most meaningful seasons of your life—and one of the most demanding for your relationship. Whether you're deciding if parenthood is right for you, preparing for a baby, adjusting to life with young children, or navigating the ongoing realities of family life, it's easy to lose sight of each other beneath the logistics, stress, and shifting roles.
My work is for couples who want more than just fewer arguments—they want a partnership that feels secure, connected, and resilient. Together, we'll untangle the patterns keeping you stuck, strengthen your ability to navigate conflict, and help you create the kind of relationship you want for yourselves and the family you're building.
My practice is currently focused on couples, with limited availability for individual clients.

I no longer accept insurance in my practice. Working outside of insurance allows for greater flexibility in the way therapy is structured, so our work can be guided by your needs and my clinical judgment rather than the requirements of an insurance plan.

What to expect
My work is grounded in Relational Life Therapy (RLT), an approach that combines honesty, compassion, and practical skill-building to help couples move beyond painful patterns and create more connected, equitable relationships. I'm currently completing my certification in RLT and am accepting couples who are interested in this approach.
Every relationship is different, so therapy is never one-size-fits-all. Some couples come for support during a specific transition, while others choose longer-term work to create lasting change. I recommend beginning with a commitment to eight sessions, meeting weekly or every other week whenever possible. Consistency helps build momentum and gives us the opportunity to work through challenges together rather than simply reacting to them.
Our first session is an opportunity to understand what brings you to therapy and what you hope will be different. After we've met together, I'll often schedule one individual session with each partner to better understand your unique perspectives, experiences, and goals. We'll then come back together to share a roadmap for our work and begin building the partnership you want to create.
I strive to create a space where all relationships are welcomed with curiosity, respect, and affirmation. I work with couples of all relationship structures, identities, cultures, and backgrounds. While I welcome couples in every season of their relationship, I have a special place in my heart for those navigating the joys and growing pains of building a family—from deciding whether to become parents to welcoming children and raising a family together.
